The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation”, coordinated by Asociación ROTA, was implemented in Córdoba, Spain, from 1–8 October 2025. The project, carried out under the reference number 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000298240, brought together young people from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary. The initiative aimed to support participants in developing their entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, digital competencies, and international cooperation skills.
The main objective of the project was to strengthen young people's innovative thinking abilities, increase their awareness of entrepreneurship, and equip them with the skills needed to transform creative ideas into reality. Through an intercultural learning environment, participants had the opportunity to explore different perspectives, improve teamwork skills, and build international partnerships with peers from diverse backgrounds.
Ice-breaking and team-building activities helped participants get to know one another and establish a positive and trust-based working atmosphere. Through interactive games and group exercises, young people enhanced their communication skills while learning the value of effective interaction with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. This process laid a strong foundation for the collaborative work that would take place throughout the project.
Sessions focused on the Erasmus+ Programme, Youthpass, and learning outcomes enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities available through international youth projects. By reflecting on their own competencies and setting personal development goals, participants explored how non-formal learning can contribute to their educational and professional journeys. These activities fostered self-awareness, responsibility, and a stronger commitment to lifelong learning.
Workshops exploring the connection between creativity, art, and entrepreneurship encouraged participants to develop innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. Through idea-generation activities and creative expression methods, young people discovered how creativity can be applied in entrepreneurial processes. In addition, activities related to digital visibility and dissemination provided participants with practical experience in promoting project results to wider audiences, while improving their digital communication and outreach skills.
