The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation”, coordinated by Asociación ROTA, was held in Córdoba, Spain, from 1–8 October 2025. Implemented under the reference number 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000298240, the project brought together young participants from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary. The initiative aimed to strengthen young people's entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, innovative thinking, and intercultural cooperation skills.

The activities carried out throughout the project were designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship, develop sustainable business ideas, and acquire practical experience in an international environment. The programme also supported young people in improving their financial literacy, strategic planning abilities, and awareness of social impact creation.

Interactive group activities enabled participants to get to know each other better and strengthen communication within the team. By sharing their experiences, interests, and aspirations, young people from different countries enhanced their intercultural understanding and developed a collaborative learning environment based on trust and mutual respect.

Workshops on pricing and financing introduced participants to the economic aspects of entrepreneurship. Topics such as cost analysis, revenue models, pricing strategies, and funding opportunities helped participants understand the importance of financial planning for sustainable business development. During the investor search simulation, participants presented their business ideas to evaluators acting as potential investors, improving their pitching, persuasion, and feedback-management skills while gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience.

Activities focused on sustainability and impact encouraged participants to explore the social and environmental dimensions of entrepreneurship alongside its economic aspects. They learned how to plan long-term project outcomes, use resources efficiently, and create positive community impact. Entrepreneurship-themed strategy games provided practical experience in decision-making, resource management, and competitive analysis. In addition, a workshop introducing traditional Georgian figurines offered participants a unique opportunity to connect cultural heritage with creativity, fostering artistic expression, cultural awareness, and an appreciation of sustainable production practices.
