The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation”, coordinated by Asociación ROTA, was held in Córdoba, Spain, from 1–8 October 2025. Implemented under the reference number 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000298240, the project brought together young participants from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary. The initiative aimed to enhance young people's entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, innovative thinking, and intercultural cooperation skills.

The activities carried out throughout the project were designed to help participants develop entrepreneurial ideas, gain a better understanding of business processes, and create innovative solutions to real-life challenges. At the same time, the project encouraged cultural exchange and provided opportunities for young people to gain valuable experience in international teamwork.

Through the Local Avatar Design activity, participants had the opportunity to express their cultural identities in creative ways. By designing characters that reflected their traditions and backgrounds, they shared aspects of their cultures while strengthening their artistic and creative skills. This activity also increased participants’ awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity.

The Business Model and Business Model Canvas workshop introduced participants to the fundamental elements of entrepreneurship. Young people explored topics such as value propositions, target audiences, key resources, and sustainable business planning. The following Elevator Pitch session allowed participants to practice presenting their ideas in a concise, persuasive, and engaging way. As a result, they improved both their entrepreneurial competencies and their public speaking skills.

Marketing-focused activities enabled participants to learn how products and services can effectively reach their intended audiences. During the Cultural Mosaic workshop, young people from different countries collaborated to create a shared artistic work, strengthening their teamwork, creativity, and intercultural communication skills. The cultural session dedicated to traditional Polish amber jewelry provided participants with hands-on experience of a unique cultural heritage, helping them develop practical skills while discovering how cultural traditions can inspire creative production and innovation.
