Led by Asociación ROTA, the “In Pursuit of Innovation” Erasmus+ project aimed to empower young people to become the entrepreneurial leaders of the future by enhancing their innovative thinking skills. Throughout the project, participants had the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of the entrepreneurship ecosystem while gaining knowledge and experience in key areas such as technology, sustainability, and social impact. Through training sessions, brainstorming activities, and mentoring support, young people learned how to develop solutions to real-world challenges, take on effective roles within teamwork, and present their ideas confidently. By collaborating with peers from different cultural backgrounds in an international environment, participants not only strengthened their global perspectives but also boosted their personal and professional growth.
