Our Erasmus+ project “In Pursuit of Innovation”, implemented by Asociación ROTA, provided a powerful learning experience aimed at unlocking the entrepreneurial potential of young people and strengthening their innovative thinking skills. Throughout the program, participants from different countries engaged in creative thinking workshops, business idea development sessions, team-based activities, and interactive events focused on sustainable innovation, gaining a comprehensive perspective on the world of entrepreneurship. Social activities that encouraged intercultural interaction enabled participants to build valuable international networks and find inspiration in new ideas. By the end of the project, young people gained confidence by presenting the innovative business ideas they developed, while also acquiring skills and experiences they can apply in their future entrepreneurial journeys. “In Pursuit of Innovation” was successfully completed as an initiative that empowers youth, supports productivity, and aims to create a positive social impact.
